Alan McCann

Alan McCann is a seasoned professional in the soccer industry with extensive experience in coaching, performance analysis, and sports administration. Since February 2021, Alan has held various roles at Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC, including Technical Director and Assistant Coach. Previously, Alan served as the Eastern Conference Director for the United Soccer League's scouting network and held multiple scouting roles within the league. Additional coaching experience includes positions at Palm Beach Atlantic University, Ocean City Nor'easters, and Reading United A.C., among others. Alan's playing background includes experience as a professional player at St. Patrick's Athletic FC and training with the Football Association of Ireland. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Leadership and an MBA, complemented by multiple Bachelor's degrees in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management across several universities.
