Currently serving as Chief Growth Officer at Kā te Rama Switched On Group since October 2024, Emma previously held leadership roles including Head of Sales & Marketing at Bachcare and CEO of RevGen. Emma's career includes significant positions such as Country Manager NZ at Leading Edge Retail Australia, and National Sales Manager at Spark Digital NZ, demonstrating a strong track record in revenue generation and operational excellence. Emma holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from the University of Otago.
