Philip Taylor

Philip Taylor has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Philip recently worked at Switchee as a Service & Support Manager, leading teams to ensure positive outcomes for customers and managing the Trusted Installer Network. Prior to that, they served on the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Committee. Philip also worked as an Ops Planning Manager, overseeing operational planning.

Before joining Switchee, Philip worked at Forest View Medical Centre as an Operations Manager, responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a large GP practice. Philip also worked as a Project Manager, successfully managing the merger of two GP practices.

In their previous role at Huntswood, Philip worked on the Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) Project for Lloyds Bank. Philip managed a team and different work streams, and also served on the communications team. Philip previously worked as a Compliance Auditor, dealing with PPI complaints and maintaining high-quality results.

Prior to Huntswood, Philip worked at Total Mortgage Network as an Independent Mortgage and Protection Adviser, providing mortgage and protection services to clients and managing the end-to-end process. Philip excelled in generating business opportunities, exceeding targets, and maintaining communication with customers.

Philip Taylor obtained a Certificate Mortgage Advice & Practice from The London Institute of Banking & Finance, with an end year of 2010. Philip attended Ebbw Vale from 1998 to 2000, where they studied GCSE. Additionally, Philip Taylor obtained a Certificate Regulated General Insurance from The London Institute of Banking & Finance. Philip also holds additional certifications, including Mhfa from MHFA England® obtained in April 2023, and CeMAP from The London Institute of Banking & Finance obtained in February 2012.
