Cole Radcliff is a design producer at Switchyards, a position held since June 2024, after previously serving as club design coordinator. Prior experience includes roles at Publicis Collective from June 2022 to June 2024 as talent engagement manager and product marketing manager, both under the previous company name Performics. At Layr from June 2021 to June 2022, Cole worked as a product marketing manager and growth marketing manager. As the founder of V7 Creative, established in August 2020, Cole directed a branding group focused on web design, graphic design, photography, and videography, aimed at promoting freelancers.
