Rachel Ashworth (Wein) has had a varied work experience since 2006. Rachel Ashworth began their career as an Office Assistant at Kaye Communications, Inc., where they provided administrative support to the President and office staff, created and managed an extensive filing system, and answered telephones and maintained supply inventory. In 2007, Rachel began working as a Barista at Starbucks. In 2012, they became a Policy Analyst/Lobbyist/Office Manager at The Charles Group, LLC. In 2015, Rachel worked as an Educator for both Teach For America and Miami-Dade County Public Schools. In 2016, they were a Marketing Intern at ClassWallet. Finally, in 2017, Rachel began working at Swivl, where they have held the roles of Product Manager, Senior Customer Success Manager, and Customer Success Manager. In their current role as Senior Customer Success Manager, Rachel is a member of Swivl's Leadership Team responsible for setting strategic vision and planning. Rachel Ashworth also leads cross-functional teams Sales-CS and Support-CS, and develops and leads trainings for the sales team to achieve renewal targets.
Rachel Ashworth (Wein) attended the University of Central Florida from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in International and Global Studies with a focus on Middle Eastern Studies. In 2011, they also attended Georgetown University, where they studied Constitutional Interpretation, Political Economy, and Conflict Management.
