Sara Candela

Sara Candela possesses extensive experience in community development, podcast production, and education. Currently, Sara serves in various community development roles at Swivl, overseeing projects for M2, MirrorTalk, Engageable, and Focusable since October 2018. Additionally, Sara has hosted "The Optimalist Podcast" at Engageable, co-hosted "The Dock" on VoicEd Radio, and produced several notable podcasts, including "I Have Cool Friends" and "Moms I’d Like to Follow." Prior to a career in media, Sara taught English across different high schools, contributing to student newspapers and guiding curricula. Sara holds a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from Long Island University and has continued studies at St. John's University.
