Jane Wilder is an experienced quality assurance professional and business owner, currently leading ETQCS since April 2022 while also serving as Quality Assurance Manager at SWJ TECHNOLOGY / Preferred Precision Group LLC since November 2021. Jane has held multiple managerial positions in quality assurance at various leading firms, including MAHLE from 2011 to 2020, where responsibilities encompassed managing quality assurance activities for automotive and diesel components. Prior experience includes roles such as Continuous Improvement Manager and Senior Supplier Quality Engineer at MAHLE, as well as Quality Engineer positions at MAHLE Industries, Form Rite/Siebe Fluid Systems, and quality manager at Mahle Aftermarket. Jane is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Management at Western Governors University and holds an IATF 16949 Certified Lead Auditor credential. Education includes completing a diploma at Las Cruces High School in New Mexico.
