Vaclav Dostal

Vaclav Dostal serves as the Managing Director of Swoboda Technologies at the Czech site since April 2018, following a tenure as Managing Director at Kendrion NV from July 2013 to March 2018, where leadership contributed to significant improvements in production, efficiency, and customer engagement in the automotive sector. Prior roles include Production Manager at Anvis and Teknia Manufacturing Group, as well as Molding Manager at Molex. Vaclav Dostal holds a Master of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Tomas Bata University in Zlín, earned between 1996 and 2001. Recognized for excellence in business leadership, notable awards include ranking among the 100 most stable companies in the Czech Republic in 2014 and receiving the Kendrion CSR Award in 2015.
