Wilko Steffens

Wilko Steffens currently serves as the CFO and a member of the Board at Swoboda Technologies since October 2022. Previously, Wilko held the position of Vice President Finance and Controlling at Robert Bosch Building Technologies from June 2017 to September 2022, along with a role as Leiter Geschäftsbereichscontrolling. Prior experience includes being Abteilungsleiter Einkaufscontrolling, -prozesse, -methoden und systeme at Bosch Rexroth AG from March 2013 to May 2017, and earlier roles in controlling at Bosch Rexroth (Beijing) Hydraulic Co., Ltd., Bosch Rexroth AG, and Robert Bosch GmbH. Wilko Steffens completed a degree in Dipl.-Wirtsch.-Ing. in Maschinenbau from Technische Universität Darmstadt between 1999 and 2005.
