Sonya Patel, CCWP has a diverse work experience. Sonya started their career as a Manager/Bartender at BlackStone Restaurant from September 2011 to September 2013. Following that, they worked as an English Teacher - Abroad at CIEE from October 2013 to March 2014. Sonya then transitioned to the recruitment field and served as a Construction, Environmental and Civil Engineering Recruiter at Aerotek from August 2014 to August 2015. Sonya's most recent position is at Swoon, where they have held various roles since joining in October 2015. Sonya'sroles at Swoon include Professional Recruiter from October 2015 to November 2016, Relationship Manager from November 2016 to September 2017, Sr. Manager of Client Partnerships from September 2017 to January 2021, and currently, they hold the position of Director, Major Accounts. In their current role, Sonya is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, generating revenue through new business opportunities, and providing staffing, professional services, and IT solutions.
