Lisa Strotman

Lisa Strotman, MS has extensive work experience in recruiting and human resources. Lisa most recently worked at Swoon, where they held various roles including Senior Director of Recruiting and Director of Recruiting. Prior to that, they worked at CultureFit Technology Staffing as a Staffing Consultant. Lisa also gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at the State of Wisconsin Investment Board. Throughout their career, Lisa has shown a strong focus on technology recruiting and has held positions as a Senior Recruiting Manager, Technology, Recruiting Manager, Technology, and Team Lead, Technology Recruiting. Lisa has a Master's degree in a related field.

Lisa Strotman, MS received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management and Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2014. Lisa then pursued further education and obtained their Master of Science (MS) degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Denver, graduating in 2020. Lisa is currently enrolled in an Allyship Certification program at Swoon, with an anticipated completion date in 2022.
