Andrew Thomas

Andrew leads the design, development and ongoing management of their proprietary cloud-based software suite. He has extensive experience in the strategic software development of critical systems. Previously, Andrew designed and managed the team responsible for Victoria’s Emergency Public Warnings and Evacuation systems.
