Alex Mudd

Alex Mudd has extensive work experience in the travel industry. Alex began their career at Steppes Travel in 2003 as a Travel Consultant, specializing in tailor-made itineraries for Latin America. Alex then moved up the ranks and became General Manager of Steppes Voyages, where they set up a new division focused on small ship voyages across the globe. In this role, they were responsible for the development and implementation of the company's business strategy. Following this, Alex joined The Explorations Company as Managing Director in 2014. Alex then moved on to Swoop Patagonia, Antarctica, and Arctic in 2015, where they held various roles including General Manager of Swoop Antarctica & Arctic and Commercial Director.

Alex Mudd attended Uppingham School from 1987 to 1992. Following this, from 1993 to 1997, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Archaeology at The University of Edinburgh.
