Hayley Chambers

Hayley Chambers has a diverse work experience in the travel industry. Hayley is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Swoop Patagonia, Antarctica, and Arctic since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Customer Operations at Thomas Cook from February 2020 to January 2023, and as the Head of Sales and Operations at Thomas Cook from July 2017 to January 2020. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at TUI, including UK&I Business Lead, Strategic Projects And Contact Centre Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Deputy Regional Sales Manager.

Hayley Chambers attended Stanground College from 1989 to 1993. Hayley did not obtain a degree or specialize in any field of study during their time there. In 2019, they obtained a certification in "Creating Great First Impressions" from LinkedIn.
