Tess Exshaw

Tess Exshaw currently serves as the Manager of AI Training & Data Analytics at Swoop since January 2024. Prior to this role, Tess held various managerial positions in AI Training & Data Analytics and NLU Data & Insights Analysis at conversationHEALTH from April 2020 to January 2024. Earlier experience includes roles as a Global Markets Analyst at CIBC Capital Markets, Co-Chair for Queen's Leaders Engaging in Change, and various positions in event management and marketing coordination at different organizations. Tess holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Queen's University and has participated in an exchange program at Singapore Management University. Academic foundations include a French Baccalaureate in scientific higher mathematics from Lycée Français de Toronto.
