Victoria Lio

Victoria Lio is currently the Vice President of Customer Success at Swoop, where they previously held the role of Director in the same department. They started their career as a Research Student at Pivotal Therapeutics Inc. and further developed their expertise through roles such as Project Coordinator at the Toronto Rehab Foundation and Engagement Manager at Think Research. Victoria earned an Honors Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences from the University of Toronto and continues to pursue their education there. Their extensive background in customer success and research positions them as a leader in their field.
