Márcio Colunas

Márcio Colunas is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in founding and leading various companies. Currently serving as the Founder and CSO at SWORD Health since December 2012, Márcio also holds the position of Founder and Partner at EX Capital, established in October 2021. Previous roles include co-founding Findster Technologies, where Márcio acted as a Software/IT Advisor, and working as an Analyst/Software Engineer at Neuroinova, contributing to a web-based cognitive training system. Early career experience includes a research position at Universidade de Aveiro focused on mobile development and software engineering for biomedical systems and development of an Android application for Findster. Márcio holds a Master’s degree in Computers and Telematics Engineering from Universidade de Aveiro and completed high school studies in Informatics.
