Raquel Félix

Raquel Félix is a seasoned professional in UX research and clinical psychology, currently serving as a Senior UX Researcher at Sword Health since January 2023. With a comprehensive background spanning over a decade, Raquel has been a Clinical Psychologist at a Private Office since July 2012, focusing on psychological evaluation, psychotherapy, and mental health consultancy. As the founder of RAQUEL FELIX, Raquel offers tailored Design Thinking workshops and human-centered research consultancy. Previous roles include Product & UX Researcher at Kitch, UX Researcher at Bond Touch, and Design Researcher & Project Manager at SensesLab, where Raquel led innovative projects addressing user experience and hiring solutions. Raquel holds a Licentiate degree in Clinical Psychology from Ispa - Instituto Universitário, complemented by further studies at Instituto Superior de Gestão and Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa.
