Rick Spaker

Rick Spaker is a seasoned executive in the healthcare and technology sectors, currently serving as SVP and Chief Enterprise Officer at Sword Health since October 2025. Previously, Rick held the role of SVP of Growth at Included Health from January 2021 to October 2025, leading teams in National Enterprise Sales and Client Success to deliver innovative Navigation and Virtual Care benefit solutions. Prior to that, Rick spent over six years at ADP in various leadership roles, including VP and Sr. Division Vice President of Sales and Strategy for HRO Solutions. Rick's career also includes experience as a Sales Executive at Embarcadero Technologies from January 1998 to August 2002. Rick earned a BS in Business Management with a focus on Finance and Management Information Systems from the University at Buffalo, graduating in January 1996.
