Joel Morgan

Joel Morgan is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in insurance coverage and litigation. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Travelers since December 2019, Joel provides coverage analysis and manages litigated matters for various insurance policies. In addition to this role, Joel actively contributes to veteran support organizations, including serving on the Board of the Moraga Community Foundation and as Advisory Board Member and Pro Bono Attorney for Swords to Plowshares. Joel's extensive legal background includes positions at Clyde & Co, Sedgwick LLP, Selman Breitman, Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, Berman & Riedel, and DiCaro, Coppo & Popcke, with a focus on insurance law, bad faith litigation, and the representation of healthcare providers. Joel holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of San Diego School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Southern California.
