Norman Thomas CADC, CAS NCAC possesses extensive experience in veteran services and substance abuse counseling. As Veterans Services Coordinator at Swords to Plowshares since May 2008, Norman has overseen health and social services, assisting veterans with housing, employment, and legal needs. Prior roles include Senior Housing Outreach Specialist and Program Manager for Supportive Services for Veterans and Families (SSVF), focusing on housing opportunities and eviction prevention.
