Anja Görzel

Anja Görzel is the Chief Communications Officer at SWR, where they oversee strategic communication, media relations, and campaigns. They have held various roles in the media industry, including serving as Vice President of Communications at Südwestrundfunk from 2008 to 2022 and working as a chief editor at Der Tipp Stadtmagazin from 1986 to 1988. Anja also has extensive television and radio experience, having presented, edited, and reported for multiple organizations, including Südwestfunk and SDR. They hold a Master's degree in Politics and Literature from Universität Siegen and have pursued further studies at Université Sorbonne Nouvelle.
