Randy Tough

Randy Tough is currently serving as Territory Manager at SWS Equipment, LLC, since August 2023. Previously, Randy held multiple positions at United Rentals, including Strategic Accounts Manager and Outside Sales Representative, from November 2006 to August 2023. Prior to that, Randy was the Branch Manager at Fastenal from December 2002 to November 2006. Randy Tough earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety & Health Management from Central Washington University, with studies spanning from 1999 to 2002.
