Ranthi Dias

Ranthi Dias is an experienced professional in research and development, currently serving as Assistant Manager R&D (Sustainable Technologies) at SW since January 2016, where leadership in technology, new product development projects, and ESG initiatives aligns with the company's sustainability objectives. Prior experience includes a role as Research Specialist at SW, focusing on knowledge base development in hand health, and a Chemist position at Intertek, performing assessments of toxic heavy metals and plasticizers in apparel and accessories. Ranthi also completed a Trainee Analyst role at the Narcotics Laboratory Government Analyst Department. Educational qualifications include a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Aveta Business Institute, Sustainability Studies from Stanford University, a Master’s in Food Science and Technology from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, and a Graduateship in Chemistry from the Institute of Chemistry Ceylon.
