Nikki Gibson

Nikki Gibson is a seasoned professional in the events and hospitality industry, with extensive experience spanning over two decades. As the Founder of SWURF since December 2020, Nikki is dedicated to connecting workers with welcoming spaces through an innovative work-surfing app. Concurrently, as Managing Partner and Event Director at Naked Events Ltd, which was established in 2005, Nikki collaborates with Anna Wilson to leverage 40+ years of combined industry experience. Prior roles include Regional Director of Sales & Marketing at Principal Hayley Hotels and Conference Venues, where Nikki managed sales for a portfolio generating over 30 million in revenue, and Director of Sales & Marketing at Radisson BLU Hotel Durham, guiding the pre-opening strategy for a new hotel. Additional experience includes sales management roles in various prestigious hotel brands. Nikki holds a degree in Design Photography from the University of Lancaster and has a solid educational background from Durham Gilesgate Comprehensive and Newcastle College.
