Kate Koziol

Economic Development Specialist at Southwestern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission

As an economic development specialist, Kate is the lead economic development planner creating comprehensive economic development strategy plans and working closely with county and municipal officials to attract, develop and retain area businesses. She writes and administers bi-annual Economic Development Administration grants and works closely with other regional agencies such as Prosperity Southwest and the Southwest Workforce Development Board on shared projects and objectives. Kate is also the administrator and underwriter for the Southwest Business Development Fund and the Revolving Loan Funds for Iowa and Richland Counties.
