Gena Motter

Gena Motter has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Gena started their career in 2011 as a Customer Service Manager at Insight Catastrophe Group and worked in that role until March 2014. Gena then joined SageSure Insurance Managers as an Operations Manager in June 2011 and stayed with the company until July 2016. Gena then moved to Preferred Managing Agency in August 2016, where they worked as an Underwriting Manager at Capitol Preferred Insurance Company and Southern Fidelity Insurance Company until May 2020. Currently, they hold the position of VP, Underwriting and Customer Support Operations at Swyfft, starting from May 2020.

Gena Motter received their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the State University of New York College at Oswego. Gena attended the college from 1987 to 1991.
