Laurel Nichols is a seasoned software development engineer in test (SDET) with extensive experience in automation and software engineering. Currently, Laurel serves as a Senior SDET at Swyfft since October 2017. Prior roles include Software Engineer III at Bluetooth SIG, contributing to automation tools and report generation, and various SDET positions at BeyondSoft Consulting Inc., where responsibilities included owning features and writing test specifications. As SDET Lead at Wicresoft, Laurel focused on Exchange Localization Testing. Early experience includes an internship as a Software Engineer at Beijing GTM Scientific Instruments. Laurel holds a Master’s degree in Information Communication System from China University of Geosciences (Beijing) and a Bachelor's degree from Xi'an International University.
