Amy Sotheran

Amy Sotheran is a Senior Product Designer with extensive experience across various organizations, currently serving at Swyftx since June 2025. Prior roles include Senior Product Designer at Checkout.com, where efforts focused on developing innovative financial products and online payment solutions; at OVO, where contributions were made to enhance electric vehicle charging experiences; and at Bonnet, where designs improved electric vehicle charging through agile methodologies. Sotheran has also held positions as a Senior UX Designer and Web and UX Designer at Freetrade and Ve Global, respectively, along with earlier roles in UI and web design at Pebble Design and Amtap Technologies. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Computer Based Design from the University of the Sunshine Coast, a UX Design certification from General Assembly, and an introduction to securities and investment from The CISI.
