Kat Krikorian

Kat Krikorian is currently the Partnerships Manager at Swyftx, an Australian owned and operated crypto exchange. Kat has been with the company for just over a year, during which time they have held various positions, including Customer Success Project Lead, Partnerships Manager ANZ, Growth Specialist, and more. Prior to their work at Swyftx, Kat was an Investment Advisor at Metricon for 11 months.

Kat is also very active in their community. Kat is the Director | Host | Head of Sales & Marketing | Event Co-ordinator for LinkedInLocal CBR, an event designed to enhance relationships and maximise the value of LinkedIn by connecting people and the wider community. Recently, they upgraded the event format, expanded the leadership team to five, and refocused on providing support for community groups, donating over 22,000 meals to Canberra's homeless.

Before their work with LinkedInLocal CBR, Kat was the Director of Customer Experience (CX) at Geocon Group. In this role, they were responsible for establishing a new strategically focused business unit and developing and implementing a business plan targeting improved customer service, efficient marketing, and support of teams across the organisation. Kat was also responsible for corporate operational support, presenting at events, and leading boardroom meetings, team meetings, and strategy sessions.

Kat Krikorian has a customer experience strategy and design degree from RMIT University. Kat also has a diploma in financial services from TAFE NSW and a certificate in finance and mortgage broking from FARSTA. Kat is a LinkedIn strategic partner and was a finalist for the 2019 Strategic Connector of the Year from Women with Altitude Australia. Kat has received team work awards from Orange Sky Australia and the Commonwealth Bank. Kat has also received the Best of the Best Award from the Commonwealth Bank.
