A J Krishnan

A J Krishnan has been an experienced professional in the e-commerce industry, having worked for three different companies since 2011. A J began their career as an Assistant Manager at Flipkart in 2011, where they worked with outsourced partners to ensure company standards were met for each transaction. A J was then promoted to Team Lead and Senior Consultant. In 2016, they moved to AJIO.com as a Deputy Manager, where they created, modified and enhanced SoPs/process flows for various Business Units. In 2017, they returned to Flipkart as a Manager, managing the outsourced functions of process excellence team in creating Standard Operating Procedures and defining SLAs for operations. Most recently, they have been working with Swym Corporation (Techstars '17) since 2018, helping e-commerce brands craft a more seamless experience for their customers.

A J Krishnan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Tamil Nadu Careers Jobs in 2011. A J also holds a Six Sigma certification from QAI.
