Anshu Bhardwaj has worked in various roles since 2016. In 2016, they worked at the British High Commission, Embassy of UK New Delhi, as a Visa Section, providing administrative support to the Visa Office, ensuring that all of the information provided by the client was accurate and correct, and preparing and checking all legal documents. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Thoughts2Binary Consulting & Solutions as a Contact Center Team Lead, handling brands and retailers via email, chat, and calls in Spanish and English, and providing first level support. Currently, they are a Support Engineer at Swym, where they are the main point of contact for existing clients, handling customization and technical issues for the SAAS product, and configuring products for clients.
Anshu Bhardwaj studied Spanish language at the Instituto Cervantes Embassy of Spain New Delhi from 2015 to 2017, where they obtained a B2 level certification. They also attended Apeejay School Pitampura and Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, where they obtained a BCA.
