Sam Mendes CertRP

Sam Mendes CertRP has a wealth of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition and talent attraction. Sam began their career in 2014 as a Football Player for Cheltenham Town Football Club, where they achieved the Man of the Match award on their first team debut. In 2016, they joined Pertemps Network Group as a Recruitment Consultant, where they managed the Permanent and Commercial Divisions at Pertemps Gloucester. In 2021, they became Lead Recruiter at Ruroc, where they supported each department with its growth plans through targeted recruitment campaigns, sourcing and attracting the best talent. In 2022, they joined Swytch Bike as Talent Acquisition Lead, managing recruitment and helping the company scale from 50 to 100+ team members in 2023. Most recently, in 2023, they joined HyperGrowth Recruitment as Director, where they work with high growth ecommerce brands and tech start ups to help them unlock their full potential through talent attraction.

Sam Mendes completed their High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates at St. Peter's High School Gloucester from 2009 to 2014. Sam then studied for a BTEC Extended Diploma in Sports Studies at Hartpury College from 2014 to 2016. In 2015, they also completed an AS Level in Mathematics at St. Peter's High School Gloucester. Additionally, they obtained a Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice (CertRP) from the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP) - Members Only Group.
