Alany R. is an experienced professional in the music industry, currently serving as an Associate Conference Programmer at SXSW since July 2023, where responsibilities include managing artist Demo Listening sessions and developing new music programming initiatives. Previously, Alany held the position of Music Festival Fulfillment Representative at Live Nation Entertainment and worked as a Seasonal Associate Conference Programmer at SXSW. Alany's background also includes playing a key role as Texas Chapter GRAMMY U Representative for The Recording Academy, serving as President and External Relations Director for UTalent Records, and assisting with administrative duties as an Emerging Talent Associate at Warner Chappell Music.
