Howard Gray

Howard Gray is a multifaceted professional with a diverse background in creative development, education, and strategic consulting. As the founder of Wavetable, Gray designs innovative professional development programs and immersive experiences for teams, enhancing organizational capabilities and collaboration. Gray serves on the advisory committee for SXSW, curating programming in key sectors including Advertising and the Creator Economy. In addition to a role as a guest teacher at Columbia Business School, Gray operates H Bureau, focusing on creative projects and independent experiments. Gray co-developed the professional development platform Lucens and co-founded Fondo, which empowers career navigation. Past experience includes significant roles at Hyper Island and Decoded, delivering digital education to major global organizations. Educationally, Gray holds a first-class BSc (Hons) in Multimedia Production from Nottingham Trent University.
