Kelsey Adams

Kelsey Adams has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kelsey currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at SXSW since September 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as the Head of Talent, Training & Development at SXSW starting from July 2020. Before joining SXSW, they served as a Sr. HR Generalist from November 2018 to July 2020. Prior to their HR roles, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Wheatsville Food Co-Op from August 2015 to November 2018. Kelsey also has experience in the US Army as an Automated Logistics Specialist from October 2009 to August 2013. Kelsey started their career as a Customer Service Representative at T-Mobile from August 2008 to September 2009 and worked as a Staffing Manager at Selectemp Employment Services from November 2004 to December 2007.

Kelsey Adams completed their Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Texas A&M University Central Texas from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Chemeketa Community College from 2003 to 2006, where they pursued studies in Social Work.
