Ahmad Nu'aim Mat Desa's education history begins in 2008 when they enrolled in the Foundation Degree program at Universiti Islam Selangor (UIS) with a focus on Foundation of Management. Ahmad Nu’aim completed this degree in 2009. Following that, from 2010 to 2015, they pursued a Degree in Economy & Finance (Hons) at Universiti Islam Selangor, specializing in Economics Finance.

In 2020, Ahmad Nu'aim Mat Desa joined Universiti Utara Malaysia to participate in the Islamic Financial Planner (IFP®) Certification Program, which they completed in 2021. This program provided him with specialized knowledge in Islamic financial planning.

Ahmad Nu’aim also obtained the Computerize Unit Trust Exam (CUTE) Certificate from the Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia (FIMM). Additionally, in 2020, they earned the Islamic Financial Planner (IFP®) Professional Certificate from IBFIM, as well as the Islamic Estate Planning Specialist (iEP) certification from as-Salihin Trustee Berhad. Furthermore, they obtained the Associate Member status from the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia (FPAM) in 2021. In 2021, they also completed the Private Retirement Scheme (PRS) Familiarization Program conducted by the Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia (FIMM) and the Familiarization Program for Marketing Representative (FPMR) offered by the Securities Industry Development Corporation (SIDC). Most recently, in 2022, they completed the "An Introduction to LinkedIn" course from Universiti Sains Malaysia.

On top of their education and certifications, Ahmad Nu'aim Mat Desa obtained the Capital Market Services Representative License (CMSRL) from the Securities Commission Malaysia in July 2022.
