Nur Alia Kamaluddin

Nur Alia Kamaluddin has a strong background in actuarial pricing. Nur Alia started their career as an intern at Aon Benfield in 2016. Nur Alia then joined Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad as a Management Trainee in actuarial from November 2017 to April 2019, and later became an Executive in Actuarial Pricing from May 2019 to October 2020. In 2020, they moved to Takaful IKHLAS as a Senior Executive in Actuarial Pricing until October 2022. Nur Alia is currently working as an Assistant Manager in Actuarial Pricing at Takaful Malaysia since December 2022.

Nur Alia Kamaluddin started their education journey in 2012 by pursuing a Predegree in Science and Mathematics at the Foundation in Science, University Malaya. Nur Alia completed this program in the following year. In 2013, Nur Alia enrolled at the University of Malaya and studied Actuarial and Financial Mathematics. Nur Alia graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree.

In terms of additional certifications, Nur Alia obtained the CAS/SOA Exam P/1 from the Society of Actuaries in March 2018. Nur Alia further achieved the CAS/SOA Exam FM/2 from the Society of Actuaries in February 2019.
