Pradeep Pani

Pradeep Pani has a diverse work experience in the IT industry, specializing in the insurance domain. Pradeep started their career as a Programmer Analyst at Syntel India Private Limited in 2001 and gained expertise in mainframes and insurance domain. Pradeep then worked as a Senior Developer at Kanbay Software Private Limited from 2004 to 2005, where they were responsible for requirement gathering, development, and user acceptance testing for major enhancement projects in P&C insurance domain.

In 2005, Pradeep joined CSC and held various key roles, including Senior Consultant, Project Manager, and Lead Developer, specializing in P&C and Life Insurance. Pradeep worked for Zurich P&C Insurance for over 8 years at both client locations and offshore.

From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Senior Tech Lead at RSA Codan, contributing to their technology team. In 2011, Pradeep joined CSC India Pvt. Ltd as a Senior Tech Lead, where they worked until 2013.

In 2015, Pradeep became a Technical Consultant and Lead Business Analyst at AIA Insurance, where they played a crucial role in the design, development, testing, and client delivery of life insurance projects for the Asian region.

In 2016, they joined AXA as a Consultant and Business Analyst, responsible for vendor management and supporting all phases of the project life cycle for CSC India.

Since 2017, Pradeep has been working as a Lead IT Business Analyst at Syarikat Takaful Malaysia Berhad, where they have accumulated 17 years of cross-cultural experience in requirement gathering, consulting, system design and development, system development life cycle, testing, transition, and project management in the insurance domain. Pradeep'stechnological expertise includes mainframe and AS400 (IBM iSeries, RPG/400, SMART400-Lifer, Group & Polisy, CL/400, COBOL, SQL, DB2, etc.). Pradeep has managed development, support, and transitions for various clients.

Most recently, in 2021, Pradeep joined PMAM IT Services Private Limited as a Lead Business Analyst.

Pradeep Pani completed their Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree in Computer Science from Motilal Nehru National Institute Of Technology between 1998 and 2001. Prior to that, they pursued a B.Sc degree in Mathematics from the College of Basic Science & Humanities, OUAT Bhubaneswar, Odisha from 1994 to 1997. Pradeep also completed their higher secondary education, specializing in Science, from P.N. College in Khorda, Odisha. Additionally, they completed their 10th grade education from Govt. High School in Baramunda, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, focusing on subjects like Mathematics, English, Science, Geography, and History.
