Rusty Smith is a seasoned restaurant operations professional with extensive experience in management roles. Currently serving as Regional Operations Manager at Syberg's Family of Restaurants since January 2020, Rusty previously held the position of General Manager at Sybergs on Wheels from January 2017 to January 2020, and at Syberg's Dorsett from April 2014 to January 2020. Prior experience includes a decade as General Manager at TGI Fridays from 2004 to 2014 and at Houlihan's Restaurants, Inc. from August 2000 to August 2004.
