Salil Deshpande

Salil Deshpande is a seasoned venture capital professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various technology companies. Currently serving as General Partner at Uncorrelated Ventures since 2020, Deshpande was previously a Managing Director at Bain Capital Ventures from 2013 to 2020 and General Partner at Bay Partners from 2006 to 2013. Deshpande's entrepreneurial journey includes serving as CEO and President of The Middleware Company from 2001 to 2004, having previously held the CEO position at The New CustomWare prior to its rebranding.
