Piotr Sybilski

Piotr Sybilski co-founded Sybilla Technologies Sp. z o.o. in 2011 and served as Chief Executive Officer. During their time at the company, they developed three products for optical robotic sensors: ABOT (sensors automation), Astrometry24. NET (data processing), and Strategos/WebPlan (networks of telescopes). In 2011, Piotr also began working at the Nicolaus Copernicus Astronomical Center, Polish Academy of Sciences as a Specialist for robotic telescopes. During their time there, they led and acted as software architect for a team developing software for a global, autonomous network of robotic telescopes: Project Solaris (www. projectsolaris). Piotr also built robotic telescopes on three continents.

Piotr Sybilski completed their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Astronomy and Astrophysics from the Nicolaus Copernicus Astronomical Center, Polish Academy of Sciences between 2009 and 2019. Piotr also obtained their Master of Science - MS in Astronomy and Astrophysics from the Nicolaus Copernicus University between 2003 and 2008.
