Etienne Boshoff

Etienne Boshoff has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Their most recent position is with Sybrin, where they currently serve as the Support Technical Team Lead. Prior to this, they worked as a Service Delivery Lead, overseeing the end-to-end service delivery lifecycle and collaborating with stakeholders to define SLAs and KPIs. Before joining Sybrin, Etienne was an Application Support Engineer, where they diagnosed complex software issues and enhanced the incident management process.
