Austin Scott Young is an experienced educator currently serving as a Teacher at Sycamore Community Schools since July 2023. Previously, Austin worked in the Osceola County School District from July 2019 to June 2023, holding roles as a New Teacher Mentor, Teacher, and K-8 Athletic Director. Austin's teaching journey began at Indianapolis Public Schools from July 2017 to June 2019 and included participation in Teach For America during the same period. Austin's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Teaching from Marian University Indianapolis and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Marketing and Education from Miami University, along with an Honors Diploma from Middletown High School, achieved with Summa Cum Laude distinction.
