Caitlyn Sprong

Caitlyn Sprong has extensive experience in education, currently serving as a Teacher at Sycamore Community Schools since May 2017 and at Monroe Local School District since May 2015. Prior roles include a Teacher at All About Kids Childcare and Learning Center and a Resident Consultant for Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity, Inc., where significant contributions were made to leadership development and organizational operations. Caitlyn has also worked in various teaching capacities during student and field placements, focusing on creating effective lesson plans and individualized instruction to enhance literacy skills. In addition to educational roles, leadership experience includes serving as Chapter President and Vice President of Philanthropy for Alpha Chi Omega at Ball State University. Caitlyn holds a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Ball State University and a College Prep Diploma from Lakota Local Schools.
