Kristi Parido

Kristi Parido is an experienced educator currently serving as a teacher at Sycamore Community Schools since August 2021. Previously, Kristi held the position of English Teacher at West Carrollton High School from August 2014 to February 2022, during which students achieved the highest Ohio State Testing Composite Growth rating in both 2017 and 2018, and Kristi designed innovative mastery-based, self-paced units. Also notable is the mentorship of a teaching intern from the University of Dayton, who later received three job offers. Kristi's educational journey began with a Bachelor of Education in English and Teacher Education from the University of Dayton, further supported by a foundational experience as a student teacher at Centerville High School. Early career roles included serving as a summer camp counselor and sales associate, demonstrating a commitment to education and customer service.
