Jinqiao Sun

Jinqiao Sun, CPA, currently serves as a Tax Manager at Sycamore Partners, a position held since November 2022. Previously, Jinqiao accumulated significant experience at PwC from September 2011 to October 2022, progressing through roles from Senior Tax Associate to Senior Manager. Responsibilities included preparing and reviewing workpapers for tax allocations, security transactions, and partnership tax returns for private equity and hedge fund clients, as well as conducting complex analyses related to tax compliance. Jinqiao also has experience in financial statement audits and evaluating internal controls as an Experienced Assurance Associate. Jinqiao holds a Master of Accounting degree from the University at Albany, SUNY, earned between 2009 and 2011.
