Rob Sweeney

Rob Sweeney began their work experience in 1990 as the DCA for USS ANNAPOLIS (SSN-760). Rob then served as a Submarine Officer and Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy from 1989 to 1995. In 1996, they worked as a Summer Associate at Bain & Company. From 1997 to 2019, they worked at Goldman Sachs, starting as a Partner in the Consumer/Retail Investment Banking Group and eventually spending 22 years there. In 2019, Sweeney joined Sycamore Partners as President.

Rob Sweeney pursued their education in the field of Finance. From 1985 to 1989, they attended the University of Pennsylvania, where they obtained a BSE degree. Later, from 1995 to 1997, they enrolled at The Wharton School to pursue an MBA degree, specializing in Finance.
