John Pizarro

John Pizarro has a diverse work experience in various roles at different companies. John started in 1999 as a Programmer/Analyst at IOM Pte Ltd. Then, they moved to Aker Solutions in 2005 as a Programmer/Analyst, where they were responsible for gathering information, defining system requirements, developing applications and reports, providing technical support, and offering expert advice for technical issues. In 2012, they joined Sycle as a Software Engineer, where they designed and developed features and reports, managed and maintained the MySQL database, and imported client data into the Sycle database. John was then promoted to Senior Migrations Engineer at Sycle in 2018, where they migrated client external documents and data into the Sycle system, converted client information into Sycle standard, and managed other migration engineers. Finally, in 2019, they became the Technical Team Lead at Sycle, where they managed migration tickets, provided guidance and training to other migration engineers, optimized SQL queries, provided guidance for better database architecture, and performed data migration tasks such as remapping internal values and ETL processes.

John Pizarro completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS) degree at De La Salle University from 1992 to 1997.
