Kelsey Fleming

Kelsey Fleming has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Kelsey is currently the Vice President of Sales and Enterprise Services at Sycle, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to this, from April 2019 to March 2022, they worked at Audigy as the Director of Product Management, where they were responsible for managing all products for the Hearing Care, ENT, and Allergy industries. In this role, they oversaw customer-facing applications and designed an innovative Allergy diagnostic and treatment tool. Kelsey also emphasized Quality Assurance Testing to ensure patient encounters were facilitated effectively while maintaining procedure compliance. From July 2010 to June 2019, they held various roles at Audigy, including Senior Product Manager and Product Manager, where they managed multiple products and led their full life cycles. Additionally, they served as an Associate Professional Development Manager during this time. Before joining Audigy, Kelsey worked at Boutique Blush from October 2005 to January 2010 as a Sales associate, where they provided exceptional customer service and demonstrated extensive product knowledge. Kelsey also gained sales experience at Urban Outfitters as a Senior Sales associate at the Anthropologie branch from September 2007 to June 2009, where they exceeded sales goals and managed the sales floor and employees.

Kelsey Fleming, CSPO, obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, and Management from the Portland State University - School of Business. Additionally, Kelsey Fleming earned a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance in March 2019.
